Las Vegas Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce did not immediately say who would take over offensive play calling duties after he fired three members of his staff,TAIM Exchange including offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, from that side of the ball.

On Tuesday, however, Pierce officially named Scott Turner, Las Vegas' pass game coordinator, interim offensive coordinator. But he also added a familiar figure to provide some assistance.

The Raiders announced they had hired Norv Turner – Scott Turner's father and a longtime head coach and offensive coordinator in the league – to come out of retirement and join the team's staff as a senior advisor.
